High-Quality Pine and Hardwood Pallets
At B&G Industries, we offer two types of new wood pallets: hardwood and pine. Our hardwood pallets are crafted from a combination of oak, ash, and maple, while our pine pallets use kiln-dried southern yellow pine with low moisture content. The pricing of these pallets is determined by the volume of lumber, measured in board feet, necessary for construction.
Remanufactured Pallets: An Eco-Friendly Alternative
Remanufactured wood pallets are a budget-friendly alternative to new pallets. Crafted from reclaimed lumber or a combination of reclaimed and new materials, these pallets adhere to predesigned specifications. We customize your wood pallets to be hardwood-only, pine-only, or mixed lumber (hardwood and pine).
Before choosing remanufactured pallets, consider factors like the cosmetic acceptability of reclaimed lumbar, tolerance for slight variations in thickness, and the availability of reclaimed lumbar based on component size.
Reduce and Reuse: Shop Recycled Wood Pallets
Our recycled grocery wood pallets undergo meticulous repair and grading based on their conditions (typical sizing is 48×42 inches, 4-way entry). The following are the types of pallets in this category:
- Prime/AAA: These pallets are our highest grade and are used in large wholesale club operations. They do not have any plated stringer repairs, painted or colored stringers, and have 6-inch leading edge boards.
- Standard A Grade/#1: Generally, these pallets have been repaired more often than our AAA/Prime pallets and may have 4 and/or 6-inch leading edge boards. Our Standard A Grade pallets do not contain double or sister stringer repairs.
- B Grade: Containing 1 or more double or sister stringer repairs per pallet, our B Grade pallets are our most economical grocery or GMA pallets.
Pricing for our recycled wood pallets is based on their condition. We offer various recycled pallet sizes, including block-style pallets.
